About Envirosax
Founded by Belinda and Mark David-Tooze in 2004, Envirosax originated from Currumbin Valley in South East Queensland, Australia. Situated on 10 acres of pristine Australian rain forest, Belinda, Mark and their three young children live an ecologically sustainable lifestyle with solar hot water and photovoltaic cells for electricity.
The philosophy behind Envirosax is environmental sustainability. Plastic bags clog drains and cause flooding. They pollute rivers and streams, killing animals and destroying plant life. They take years to photo degrade and have a very short life span. An Envirosax bag provides a compelling alternative to the plastic bags which are doing so much damage to our planet. The ultimate goal is to help create a better future for our planet by spreading the environmental message through color and script using eco-friendly reusable bag as the vehicle. Envirosax is helping to protect the environment for tomorrow’s generation by providing an eco-friendly alternative to disposable shopping bags that have polluted the environment worldwide. Envirosax bags are lightweight, portable, waterproof and each one holds the equivalent of two supermarket plastic bags thanks to reinforced seams.
Envirosax is also the proud supporter of many organizations that have taken up social and environmental causes. They donate a percentage of their sales to charities and non-profit organizations, like the Australian Marine Conservation Society, The Surf rider Foundation and The Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society of New Zealand which are dedicated to the preservation of the environment.
